Not the top moisturizer at any time, but it’s good. I like the texture and how it goes on my skin like a liquid but it doesn’t hydrate like I need it for being. I've an oily acne inclined skin.Carefully massage onto dry skin in circular motions, then emulsify with water. Rinse with a second splash of warm h2o or wipe off with a damp washcloth.
